Tower Mobility, Inc. (“Tower Mobility,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a text messaging program for candidates and new hires. Messages sent under this program relate to your job application, interview scheduling, application status, onboarding requirements, training information, and other employment-related communications. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
You are enrolled only after you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively agree to receive text messages from Tower Mobility. Consent is collected on the Tower Mobility employment application, which is hosted by our applicant tracking system, JazzHR. Tower Mobility does not enroll mobile numbers obtained from any other source, and does not purchase, rent, or import numbers from third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of consideration for any position. You may decline text messages and still apply, interview, and be hired.
Message frequency varies depending on your application activity and your stage in the hiring or onboarding process. You will generally receive messages only when there is an action, update, or scheduling item that concerns you directly.
Message and data rates may apply. Tower Mobility does not charge for participation in this program, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received under your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Tower Mobility. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts under this program. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your application or affect your candidacy; Tower Mobility will continue to contact you by email or telephone as needed. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Tower Mobility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tower Mobility does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, and you should not rely on text messaging for time-critical or emergency communications.
Tower Mobility does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that assist us in delivering communications or operating our recruiting and onboarding processes, but only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf.
